Golden Serphanite weighing 28.1 carats and measuring 24x20mm set in a Sterling silver setting on a patterned 5mm wide size 7.5 band, available in other sizes. This gemstone is found primarily in Siberia, Russia but is found in limited quantities in Pennsylvania where it was discovered among a few other places.
